Exams you say? Bread I say!

It's the final week before my first exam this semester, and I should be cramming my ass off. ;) If I start talking about new projects I want to try out you know that it is close to exams.And this happens to be the case: Last week I came over this recipe for a bread that was supposed to be awesome! So yesterday I made the dough (it is supposed to rest for 12 hours, at least), and had to bake it today. So no school today (of course I have to read some back home). I have not tasted it yet, but it looks awesome!

It's baked in a Römertopf at 240 degrees
